The Postal Service continues its tradition of calling attention to one of the nation’s most commonly reported public health problems: dog bites.
National Dog Bite Prevention Week is a public service campaign that offers safety tips and emphasizes the need for increased pet owner responsibility in the prevention of dog bites.
The American Veterinary Medical Association (AMVA), the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) report that small children, the elderly, and Postal Service carriers — in that order — are the most frequent victims of dog bites. It is also stated that the number of dog bites exceeds the reported instances of measles, whooping cough and mumps, combined. Dog bite victims account for up to five percent of emergency room visits.
The Postal Service along with other organizations offers safety tips and emphasizes the need for pet owners to be more responsible. Our campaign is "Any dog can bite. Don’t be fooled".

"The Emergency Notification System (ENS) is offered by Greater Harris County 9-1-1 Emergency Network (GHC 9-1-1) to people living within the GHC 9-1-1 territory. Until now, the service was only able to contact home or work (landline) phones. However, now cell and Internet phones can be contacted, and GHC 9-1-1 does not charge a fee!"

Issues may include: playground equipment, park benches, pools, clubhouse, tennis courts, entrance monuments, perimeter fencing (limited areas maintained by HOA), black ornamental street lights (at S. Mason & Clay, Lakes of Bridgewater & Clay), and irrigation (any spray heads that may be spraying directly onto the street which may have been accidentally turned by the mowers), etc.
Tagging / graffiti may be reported to the Harris County Sheriff Office's Graffiti Abatement program (HCSO's Community Services Division).
Detention ponds, amenity lake, splash pad:
Issues relating to these areas may be reported to Harris County MUD71.
Mason Road Park:

Street light outage may be reported online to CenterPoint Energy.
The community may be charged per street light whether or not each one is working.
The black ornamental street lights at S. Mason & Clay and Lakes of Bridgewater & Clay are not the responsibility of CenterPoint Energy as they belong to the homeowner's association, Bridgewater CA, Inc. Issues with those lights may be reported to the HOA.
