Recalled Annual Meeting and Final Pool Tag Sign Up

Excerpts from the HOA's mail out regarding "RECALLED ANNUAL MEETING" and "FINAL POOL TAG SIGN UP" - both on May 19:

"Recalled Annual Members Meeting of Bridgewater CA, Inc. to be held on Monday, May 19, 2014 at 7:00 PM, at the Association's Clubhouse"

"FINAL POOL TAG SIGN UP   Monday, May 19, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. will be the last day to obtain a pool tag at a cost of $5.00 each.  You must come to the Annual Meeting and sign in between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.  After 7:30 p.m. we will not be issuing pool tags to anyone that has no put their name on the sign-in sheet."

Reserve Study 2014

The 2014 Reserve Study for the Bridgewater Community Association is available.

It was conducted by Association Reserves, Inc.  and may be obtained from the HOA.

"This year the community will be switching to a photo identification pool tag system."

"Each person in you home age two and over must have a photo pool tag."

"The cost will be $5.00 per tag and no more than eight (8) tags will be issued per household."

"You cannot bring a picture; all persons getting a pool tag must be present in order to have their picture taken."

"A property owners' association may not adopt a provision in a dedicatory instrument that prohibits or unreasonably restricts, or enforce a provision in a dedicatory instrument in a manner that prohibits or unreasonably restricts, a property owner from xeriscaping the owner's property."

S.B. No. 198

"A property owners' association may not include or enforce a provision in a dedicatory instrument that prohibits or restricts a property owner from:

using drought-resistant landscaping or water-conserving turf."
