Common areas of the homeowner's association:
Vandalism, graffiti, and maintenance issues of common areas may be reported to the HOA, Bridgewater CA, Inc.. E-mailing photos may be beneficial.
Issues may include: playground equipment, park benches, pools, clubhouse, tennis courts, entrance monuments, perimeter fencing (limited areas maintained by HOA), black ornamental street lights (at S. Mason & Clay, Lakes of Bridgewater & Clay), and irrigation (any spray heads that may be spraying directly onto the street which may have been accidentally turned by the mowers), etc.
Tagging / graffiti may be reported to the Harris County Sheriff Office's Graffiti Abatement program (HCSO's Community Services Division).
Detention ponds, amenity lake, splash pad:
Issues relating to these areas may be reported to Harris County MUD71.
Mason Road Park:
Issues relating to this park may be reported to the Harris County Precinct Three Commissioner's Office.
In all areas, please let us all be especially aware of any potential safety issues and report them to the appropriate entities.
