Excerpts from the HOA's mail out regarding "RECALLED ANNUAL MEETING" and "FINAL POOL TAG SIGN UP" - both on May 19:
"Recalled Annual Members Meeting of Bridgewater CA, Inc. to be held on Monday, May 19, 2014 at 7:00 PM, at the Association's Clubhouse"
"FINAL POOL TAG SIGN UP Monday, May 19, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. will be the last day to obtain a pool tag at a cost of $5.00 each. You must come to the Annual Meeting and sign in between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. After 7:30 p.m. we will not be issuing pool tags to anyone that has no put their name on the sign-in sheet."
Homeowners picking up their pool tags during the Members' Meeting will not be required to lend their names to the meeting quorum in order to receive their tags.
ReplyDeleteThe sign in for the Pool Tag Registration is not related to the Members' Meeting. It's simply for orderliness in issuing tags.
