This site is not affiliated with any HOA, the MUD, or any other legal entity.
GOAL: To facilitate the sharing of information, the exchange of ideas, and to encourage proactive participation for the betterment of the local community. Knowledge facilitates well-being and the enhancement of quality of life.
GROUP: Community within Katy, TX 77449 - especially the residents within the following neighborhoods: Westland Creek Village, Lakes of Bridgewater, Bridgewater Pointe, Bridgewater Village, Enclave at Bridgewater, and Bridgewater Meadow. These neighborhoods share the same HOA (Bridgewater Community Association, Inc.).
The above listed neighborhoods share the same MUD (Harris County MUD #71) with neighboring communities that include: Mason Lakes, Morton Ranch, Bridgewater Place, The Lakes at Mason Park, and Vineyard Meadow (these neighborhoods each have an individual HOA).
